By car If you are coming from the northern part of Europe, you can choose between a ride on the local road where you will not pay a toll or the highway Zagreb - Split (A1) and exit at exit Pirovac and follow the signs to the town of Murter. If you decide to have local road we definitely recommend you stop in National Park Plitvice Lakes or the house of Nikola Tesla. Driving a local road, on average, takes about 4 hours and 20 minutes, but in the summer months, expect crowds, as well as on the highway where the ride takes about 3 hours, and the toll Zagreb - Pirovac is about 20€.
